There's a saying the "yoga cures what ails you." While that's a big claim, I can say that I've seen members sleep better, get measurably stronger and have more enjoyment in their other activities like hiking, gardening, cycling and playing with little ones because their bodies are more balanced overall.
And when we feel better in our bodies, we treat ourselves better in all the other ways, too. Using the seasonal guides, members love the recipes and tips for staying healthy during seasonal transitions.
Lastly, while it's hard to measure, the most common thing I hear is how being a member is a reminder to care for oneself. Over the past couple of years, I've heard a lot of women say they've gotten out of touch with themselves. That they have not been taking the time to get quiet, take time for themselves and settle into their bodies. Do you relate? One member shared, "Since joining the membership, I have had more opportunity to remember what I already know and to remember who I already am."
