Gentle Yoga for the Neck
Duration: 30 minutes
 

Take care of a cranky neck and shoulders with this therapeutic sequence. Practice opens with a brief myofascial release for the neck then warms up the spine and shoulders with gentle, flowing movements. It’s the perfect end of the day companion.

Suggested props: a block (or foam roller) and a cushion to sit on.
